Steel Facades

Jansen-VISS (full isolated sprout-system) is a thermally insulated steel system for post- and beam- construction. With low, modular built-on components it’s possible to produce facades of all kinds. Through addition further hardware specific requirements can be fulfilled in the respective project. In static aspect by means of a line of profiles in different building lows and/ or inside lying strengthening possibilities, in functional aspect through the choice accordant component parts of filling elements. The external image of the façade structure keeps anyway intact.

Architects and production engineers can achieve differentiated request on heat insulation, noise insulation and fire protection in consistent optic. Worker profit of an experienced handling and simple warehousing of the low separate parts. For the dimension of steel facades different static systems can be taken as a basis (freely supported, one-side fixed or as continoues beam). Feet-, Head- and bracket plate for building contact are simple and safety to fix through welding.

For the supporting contruction of the room, profiles in aspect widths of 50 and 60 mm in building lows till 150 mm are available. It can be welded or connected. Welding-constructions afford the possibility of systematic prefabrication even extensive facades and roof-glazing in the factory. Here even complicated elements and fancy forms can be produced accurate. Actually connected constructions can be manufacture fast and safety with t-joints. A combination of both kinds of producing are also possible.

Furthermore the system achieves the requests on burglar resistence (WK3), bullet resistance (FB4) and noise insulation. The profiles are bare or in galvanized design available. The project engineer opens the complete spectrum of the color conditioning means of wet paint or powder coating.
